Prior to their current position, Mark served as a Partner at Cobalt Group, Inc, and as a Venture Partner and Senior Advisor at JumpStart, Inc. Mark has a proven track record in helping leaders achieve the outcomes they desire, crossing traditional boundaries of organization, culture, and disciplines to enable sustainable change. In their previous positions, Mark conducted due diligence on investment opportunities, participated in investment decision processes, provided mentoring and coaching to portfolio companies, and helped entrepreneurs focus on value-driving priorities that would advance their businesses and attract additional investment.
