Jessica Miller

Jessica Miller is a seasoned professional in the fields of education and employee development with extensive experience in managerial roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning, Development, and Employee Experience at Cleveland Metroparks since May 2025, Jessica leads strategic initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning and engagement. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of Senior Director of Educational Services at Workforce Opportunity Services from November 2010 to May 2025, where the responsibility included directing academic operations and overseeing the adoption of the Canvas Learning Management System. Previous roles include mentoring and advising students at Cuyahoga Community College, assisting career services at Teachers College, and coordinating student outreach programs at the University of Cincinnati. Jessica's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Anthropology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Mathematics Education from Kent State University.
