Arturo K Mills is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, investment, and community service. As the Founder of NeoNeighbors since January 2025, Arturo focuses on supporting older adults and individuals with special circumstances in maintaining independence at home. Concurrently, since November 2020, Arturo serves as an Intervention Specialist and Teacher at Cleveland Metropolitan School District, utilizing diverse teaching settings including self-contained and co-taught classrooms. As a Co-Owner and CEO of Ohio Entrepreneurs Group LLC, Arturo leads a diversified company that includes property management and educational consultation. Additional experience includes positions as a Life Skills Coach and Business Manager, along with a background in custodial and substitute teaching roles. Arturo holds a Master’s Degree in Education - Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Law, and Politics from The University of Akron, along with professional development in teacher education.
