Delrena M Ortiz

DelRena M Ortiz has over three decades of experience in information technology and court operations, currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist II at the Cleveland Municipal Court since November 2021. Prior to this, DelRena retired as Helpdesk Manager after more than 30 years at the same court, overseeing the deployment and support of over 500 PCs and managing helpdesk operations. DelRena's previous roles included Court Hearing Scheduler and Bookkeeper, where responsibilities spanned customer service, problem-solving for integrated systems, and managing financial records for towing companies. Additionally, DelRena served as Chief Deputy Clerk at Cuyahoga Probate Court, providing administrative support and scheduling functions. DelRena holds an Honors Diploma from John Marshall High School.
