Jacqueline Bon currently serves as the Director of Communications at the Cleveland Museum of Art, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Jacqueline was the Communications & Design Manager at LakewoodAlive from August 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive marketing plans and supporting annual development goals. Prior experience includes serving as the Marketing & Communications Manager at the Morgan Art of Papermaking Conservatory, managing all aspects of marketing communications, and working as a freelance writer for Fresh Water Cleveland. Jacqueline's early career involved roles such as Artist in Residence at the Cleveland Print Room and Gallery Attendant at the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, alongside freelance writing for various publications. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University and has also engaged in studies at the Cleveland Institute of Art.
