Nathan Ian Anderson is an accomplished professional in the field of collections imaging and cultural heritage digitization, currently serving as the Head of Collections Imaging at the Cleveland Museum of Art since May 2025. With a robust background that includes roles such as Imaging Services Team Lead at the Smithsonian Institution and Project Manager for the National Museum of Natural History, Nathan has demonstrated expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams to execute complex digitization projects. Notably, Nathan managed the digitization of over a million specimens in the National Museum of Natural History's botanical collection and oversaw the photography of more than 200,000 objects at the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum.
