Shawn Kerns is a seasoned professional in the art and entertainment field, currently serving as Director at Wizzbang Studios since August 2019, focusing on creating installations and films for various festivals and shows, with "Boinkman the Art Handler" premiering at Cleveland Ingenuity Fest 2019. Kerns has extensive experience as an Art Handler at the Cleveland Museum of Art since September 2014, while also managing the artistic vision as Art Director at Kernsvision since June 1999. Previous roles include Exhibitions Assistant at the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Kent State University, and Assistant to the Exhibition Designer at the Kent State Fashion Museum. Kerns has a rich background in education, having taught kindergarten art and science, and participated as a performer in a musical group during tours in Asia. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Marietta College.
