Erika Irby

Erika L. Irby is currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Cleveland Play House since August 2023. Previous experience includes working as a Program Manager for Talent Management at Thermo Fisher Scientific from February 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding strategy, oversight of the corporate intern program, and talent retention strategies. Erika also played a pivotal role at Eaton from August 2012 to February 2021, initially as an Early Talent Business Partner, managing national diversity conferences and partnerships, and later as a Senior Human Resources Analyst, focusing on orientation events and compliance evaluations. Erika earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Kent State University and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
