Constance Conner currently serves as Vice President at Lutheran High School East and has held multiple roles within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District since August 2018, including Dean of Engagements and Intervention Service Coordinator. In addition to these positions, Constance is a Personal Consultant for Natural on The Go, providing educational training focused on community engagement, diversity and inclusion, and trauma-informed practices for young adults. Previous experience includes serving as a Prevention Specialist at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. Constance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Lourdes University and has earned two Master of Public Administration degrees from Ashford University and The University of Arizona Global Campus, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, with completion anticipated in December 2023 from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
