Dawn J.

Dawn J. has extensive experience in performance management and quality improvement, currently serving as the Director of Performance Management and Quality Improvement at the Cleveland Sight Center since January 2020. Previously, Dawn held the position of Manager of Employment Services and Performance Management within the same organization. Additionally, Dawn has been a CARF Surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International since December 1923, contributing to advancing the quality of services in rehabilitation. Academic qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science in Psychology from Chattanooga State Community College, a Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from Southern Adventist University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
