Jill Harbaugh

Jill Harbaugh serves as the Director of Choral Operations for The Cleveland Orchestra since November 2008, leading strategic initiatives for the organization’s choruses, which are recognized as an industry leader. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Choruses for The Cleveland Orchestra, overseeing personnel management, artistic planning, and event production. Earlier positions in production stage management and assistance were held at various companies, including Opera Cleveland and Cleveland Opera. Jill's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Baldwin Wallace University, obtained from 1991 to 1995.
