Dr. Siddiq is the Chief Medical Officer at Clever Care Health Plan. Dr. Siddiq has more than twenty-five years of progressive experience with a strong background in medical program management, strategic planning, team building and leading, staff training and development, succession planning, compensation management, new program and process development and implementation, stakeholder relationship management, and patient relations.

Khaliq has extensive experience in leading healthcare organizations to improve performance across all lines of business: Fee for service, Medicare, MediCal, and Commercial Managed Care. Dr. Siddiq has senior leadership roles including Regional Chief Medical Officer for St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare, California Medical Director at Agilon Health, and Regional Medical Director at BlueShield of California.
