Nicole Schneider

Nicole Schneider currently serves as Chief People Officer and Partner at Yttrium since October 2020, while also acting as a Board Observer for both CleverConnect since October 2021 and Starmind until September 2024. Previously, Nicole held significant roles at HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA, including Member of the Management Board HR and Global Executive VP HR from October 2015 to March 2020. Nicole's extensive experience in human resources and organizational development was also shaped during a tenure at McKinsey & Company from January 1998 to 2015 as Associate Principal and Director of Professional Development and Personnel. Nicole Schneider holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Konstanz.
