Ayokunle Akinola, PMP

Ayokunle Akinola, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ayokunle is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Clever Digital since July 2021. Prior to this, Ayokunle worked at Access Bank Plc for a period of 10 years starting in 2011. During their time at Access Bank, they held various roles including Product Manager, Team Lead for CX Project Coordination & Execution, Team Lead for Customer Experience Management, and others. From 2013 to 2018, Ayokunle was involved in CX Projects as a Program Analyst, Project Manager, and Project Workstream Lead. Ayokunle also worked briefly as a Service Quality Analyst and Branch Operations Head. In 2018, Ayokunle joined Will & Action Consulting Services as a Senior Consultant and worked there until December 2020. Ayokunle began their career as a Customer Service Officer at First Bank of Nigeria Plc in 2009. Throughout their career, Ayokunle has demonstrated their expertise in project management, customer experience management, and leadership roles.

Ayokunle Akinola, PMP has a well-rounded education history. In 1999 to 2005, they attended The International School in Ibadan, where they pursued their studies of an unknown field. Following that, from 2005 to 2009, they furthered their education at Bowen University in Iwo, Osun State, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. In 2011, Ayokunle attended the Access Bank School of Banking Excellence for an unspecified course or field of study.

In addition to their formal education, Ayokunle has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. This was followed by the Enterprise Design Thinking, Practitioner certification from IBM in August 2020. Most recently, in September 2022, Ayokunle acquired the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.
