Nicole Benfell

Nicole Benfell has a diverse background in software development. Nicole started their career at Hilltop Software in December 2014, where they worked as a Software Developer specializing in writing software for storing and analyzing environmental data. After that, they joined ABC Software Ltd in February 2015 as a Junior Developer before quickly being promoted to a Software Developer role. At ABC Software Ltd, they designed and developed software programs, completed development projects within assigned timeframes and provided support to clients and the team. Most recently, Nicole joined Clever First Aid for QSR and food industries in August 2022 as a Software Developer.

Nicole Benfell has pursued a comprehensive education in the field of information technology. Nicole began their educational journey by completing their high school education at Linwood College from 2005 to 2008.

In 2010 and 2011, Nicole obtained a Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from CPIT (Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology). Building upon this foundation, they then enrolled at Eastern Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computing Systems from 2012 to 2015.

Nicole further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from Eastern Institute of Technology in 2016. Nicole continued their professional development by acquiring additional certifications, including a C# Specialist Certificate from Programmr.com in 2014, a Dale Carnegie Course certification from Dale Carnegie in 2016, and a National Certificate of Computing Level 2 from Eastern Institute of Technology in 2012.

In 2019, Nicole earned certifications in Logical Reasoning, MySQL and SQL, and SQL from TestDome. Lastly, in 2020, they completed a course on Learning React.js from Linkedin Learning.
