Bhishma Hernandez

Bhishma Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2019, they founded and served as CEO of Clever Solar Devices. In 2023, they founded and became CEO of Abioncillo, a unique educational and experimental village. Bhishma also worked as an Advisor and Mentor at Soria Phone SL during the same year. In 2023, Bhishma pursued a PhD in Photovoltaics 4.0 at the Instituto de Energía Solar - Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, focusing on digitalizing the photovoltaic industry and utilizing artificial intelligence for renewable energy management. Prior to this, they collaborated with Radio Televisión de Castilla y León - RTVCyL as a Collaborator in 2020 and 2021. Bhishma also pursued a Master's degree at the University of Valladolid from 2018 to 2019. Before their academic pursuits, they held roles at HP as the WW Lead for Customization and Deals of Large Format Latex Printers from 2016 to 2018, and as an Electrical Engineer in R&D from 2011 to 2016. Prior to HP, they worked at Audiotec, Ingeniería y Control del Ruido as an Electrical Engineer in R&D, Supply Chain, and Logistics, where they were responsible for electronics design, supply chain management, and covering market requirements. Additionally, Bhishma served as a Trainer at the Cooperativa del Rio in 2003.

Bhishma Hernandez's education history includes a Master's degree in Bioenergy Engineering and Energy Sustainability from the Universidad de Valladolid, which was obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Bhishma pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the same university. Additionally, Bhishma completed a Pedagogic Aptitude Course in Pedagogy at the Universidad de Murcia. Bhishma also studied Engineering, specifically Telecommunications and Electronic Systems, at the Universidad de Zaragoza. In 2020, Bhishma attended the Escuela de Pilotos Casarrbios and completed an advanced theoretical course in RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) Pilots accredited by AESA (State Aviation Safety Agency).

In terms of additional certifications, Bhishma obtained a certification in Presentation Tips for Pitching to Investors from LinkedIn in February 2021 and a certification in Applied Curiosity, also from LinkedIn, in January 2021.
