Brendan Horgan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brendan started their career as a Teaching Fellow at NYC Teaching Fellows, where they worked as a Special Education Teacher for Grades 9-12 at the New York Harbor School. Brendan then joined the U.S. Department of State as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant. Following this, Brendan worked as an Assistant to the Director of Operations/Volunteer Teacher at the Shanti Bhavan Children's Project.

In 2017, they joined District Management Group as an Associate Consultant and later transitioned to Education Pioneers as a Visiting Fellow in 2019. Brendan's most recent role was at Clever Inc., where they held multiple positions. Brendan started as a Customer Success Manager and later moved up to become a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Brendan's responsibilities at Clever Inc. included collaborating with product and marketing teams to grow the number of school district accounts and implementing customer engagement strategies to increase product utilization. Brendan then progressed to become the Senior Sales and Customer Success Operations Manager, where they matured Clever's go-to-market approach and provided analytical insights to inform the company's strategy. In their most recent role as the Principal Sales and Customer Success Operations Manager, Brendan led a new sales team and process, driving significant growth in the business line.

Throughout their career, Brendan has demonstrated a strong focus on driving growth, enhancing customer relationships, and leveraging their analytical skills to inform business decisions.

Brendan Horgan holds a Master's degree in Education from The City University of New York. Brendan also obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Studies from The College of Wooster. Prior to that, they attended Western Reserve Academy.
