Phillip Lia

Phillip Lia, MBA, currently serves as the Inside Sales Manager for District Partnerships at Clever Inc. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Senior Manager of Inside Sales at Follett from April 2022 to November 2023, overseeing two inside sales managers and a team of over 30 sales consultants, contributing to more than $75 million in annual sales. Phillip's career at Follett School Solutions spanned nearly a decade, during which responsibilities included leading the West Region, managing over $16 million in annual sales, and serving as Manager of the South Region with $29 million in annual sales. Phillip's earlier roles included Managed Services Consultant and Regional Team Leader at Follett, and Account Manager at Follett from 2008 to 2015, as well as Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2004 to 2007. Phillip holds an MBA in Organizational Dynamics from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BBA in Entrepreneurship from Bradley University.
