Ellinor Senftleben began their work experience in 2010 as an Intern in the Purchasing Department at Robert Bosch GmbH. In 2011, they worked as a Working Student in Market Research at J.D. Power and Associates. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Local Committee President at AIESEC. In 2014, they were a Working Student at Urlaubstours, a part of UNISTER Holding GmbH. Ellinor joined Trusted Shops in 2015, starting as a Trainee in Business Development and later becoming a Scrum Master and Agile Coach until 2018. Since 2018, Senftleben has been with Cleverbridge, taking on roles such as Scrum Master and Agile Coach, Senior Director of Engineering Center of Excellence/Agile Coach, and currently, Vice President of Engineering Center of Excellence.
Ellinor Senftleben's education history is as follows:
From 2012 to 2015, they attended Leipzig University and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management Science.
Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they studied at Munich University of Applied Sciences and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business Administration.
During their time at Munich University, in 2010-2011, they also studied at the University of South Wales, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Excellence (International Studies).
In addition to their formal education, Ellinor has obtained several certifications. In December 2021, they became a Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. In September 2019, they earned a Certified OKR-Master certification from die.agilen GmbH. Ellinor also holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2018. In November 2017, they achieved the Professional Scrum Master Certificate Level 2 - PSM 2 from Scrum.org. In January 2017, they completed a course in Laterales Führen - Führen ohne Vorgesetztenfunktion from PROAKTIV Management GmbH. Earlier, in December 2015, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master Certificate Level 1 - PSM 1 from Scrum.org. Finally, in July 2013, they received the Yellow Belt (Lean (Six) Sigma Training) from IBM Service Center Erfurt / Leipzig.
