Juliane Knobloch

Juliane Knobloch has a strong background in technical writing. Juliane started their career as a Technical Writer at Interactive Data Managed Solutions AG in June 2009 and worked there until June 2013. Juliane then moved on to 1&1 Mail & Media Applications SE - GMX | WEB.DE | mail.com, where they continued their role as a Technical Writer from August 2013 to August 2015. Since October 2015, Juliane has been employed at cleverbridge, initially as a Technical Writer and later transitioning to the position of Zendesk Optimization Analyst in July 2021.

Juliane Knobloch completed their education at two different universities. From 1998 to 2002, they attended the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Übersetzerin in the field of Angewandte Sprachen. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they studied Kommunikation und Medienmanagement at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. In addition to their academic education, Juliane has also obtained several certifications. Juliane became a Zendesk Support Administrator Expert I in January 2022 and a Zendesk Explore CX Analyst Expert I in March 2023, both from Zendesk. Juliane also obtained the certification of Certified Conversation Designer from Conversational Academy in June 2021.
