Rafet Bojaj

Rafet Bojaj has over 17 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, and consulting. Rafet began their career in 2004 as an Assistant to the General Manager at Hidromont. In 2007, they completed an internship as a Front Desk Cashier/Concierge at Walt Disney World. Rafet then attended Rochester Institute of Technology, where they served as a Supplemental Instruction Leader from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they began working as a Payment Controlling Specialist at Santander Consumer Bank AG. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Vodafone Netherlands in various roles, including Financial Analyst - Finance FP&A, Jr. Financial Analyst - Finance FP&A, and Young Talent Program - Finance. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Management Consultant at Accenture. In 2019, they became the Finance Director at Octopus Energy Germany. In 2021, they founded Behind the Comma Shpk. Rafet is currently the Director Of Finance And Accounting at Cleverciti, a position they have held since 2022.

Rafet Bojaj attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2010, where they earned an MBA in Finance and a BS in Business Management and Development. Prior to that, they attended American University in Kosovo from 2005 to 2006 and received an AAS in Entreprenuership and Business Development.
