Matt Karaman

Matt Karaman serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Clever Devices since February 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing talent acquisition and human resource strategies for a tech firm focused on sustainable solutions for public transit. Prior to this, Matt held various leadership roles at AMC Networks, driving talent acquisition and human resources for a major media company with award-winning networks. Matt's career also includes significant experience at Cablevision, where oversight of recruiting and human resources contributed to its status as a leading communications provider. Earlier positions include roles at Marchon Eyewear, Lloyd Staffing, RDA Technical Services Ltd, and Enterprise Rent A Car. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Adelphi University.
