Marco Grillo

Marco Grillo, graduated in Letters, began his professional career at Piaggio Aerospace in 2000, where he remained for seven years, holding positions of responsibility in the field of human resources.

He joined Fincantieri Spa at the end of 2007 as Personnel Manager of the Muggiano Plant. In his long experience at the multinational shipbuilding group, he grew up in several roles to hold the position of Head of Industrial Relations and Litigation of the Group and Head of Personnel of the Military Area Division.

At the beginning of 2020, he joined Ansaldo Energia as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organization. On 1st March 2021, he was appointed Deputy General Manager and HR, ICT and Governance Systems.
