Prior to Cleverman, Carlos held several executive positions at Revlon, including Global Senior Vice President of the Revlon brand and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Personal Care. Before joining Revlon, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company as a Global Director, leading innovation and strategic initiatives for the water and enhanced hydration category. Carlos also worked at Kimberly-Clark as a Marketing Director for Latin America and at P&G as a Group Brand Manager for Personal Care. Throughout their career, Carlos has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a knack for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Carlos Barreto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, where they attended from 1987 to 1992. Carlos then pursued a Master's degree in Business at Boston University from 1995 to 1997. In 2019, they completed an Entrepreneurship Specialization program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Wharton Online.
