Yevheniia Tymoshenko

Yevheniia Tymoshenko is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Director at Cleveroad since February 2019, following roles as HR Team Lead and HR Manager. Prior to this, Yevheniia held the position of HR Manager at Giraffe Software for nearly a year and worked as Human Resources Manager at VIKO/Shoe factory from April 2017 to March 2018, where responsibilities included personnel recruitment, conflict resolution, and training organization. Yevheniia's experience also includes a brief tenure as Manager of Sales at Реактор, focusing on client counseling and documentation management, and as Deputy Director of a McDonald’s restaurant, overseeing recruitment, training, and staff evaluation. Yevheniia holds a Specialist degree in Economy of Industry from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, obtained in 2012.
