Aaron Shugart is a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in managing enterprise customer relationships and driving retention and growth. Currently at CleverTap since June 2022, Aaron oversees 8-12 clients with a total ARR exceeding $3.5 million, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform adoption. Previously, Aaron held similar roles at Leanplum, Showpad, and Infor, consistently serving as a trusted advisor for strategic client accounts and facilitating high levels of client satisfaction. Aaron's career began in customer service with Galileo Learning, where leadership skills were developed through team supervision and resolution management.
