Bhagwat Prasad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2005 as an intern at Bosch, they later worked as a Senior Engineer at Titan Industries, where they were involved in the design and manufacturing of watches and accessories. From 2007 to 2011, Prasad joined TE Connectivity, serving as a Supply Chain Analyst and later as a Customer Supply Chain Manager, providing connectivity and sensor solutions to various industries worldwide. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Pro Bono Consultant at the Citizens Foundation before pursuing their MBA at S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, where they also served as the Placement Coordinator.

After completing their MBA, Prasad joined Tata International Limited in 2012, initially as a Manager in Strategy and Business Development. Bhagwat then took on the role of Business Head for General Trading and later Senior Manager in Strategy and Business Development. During their tenure at Tata International Limited, they managed new business initiatives and played a pivotal role in a joint venture project with Wolverine Worldwide.

In 2019, Prasad joined Mu Sigma Inc. as an Apprentice Leader, where they led engagements in digital transformation and advanced analytics projects for a Fortune 100 retailer. Bhagwat'sresponsibilities included business growth, client relationships, and fulfillment operations.

From 2020 to 2022, Prasad worked at Sprinklr as an Associate Director of Customer Success. Bhagwat successfully drove consumption and retention for multimillion-dollar books of business.

Currently, Prasad is employed as the Director of Customer Success at CleverTap, where they lead customer success efforts for the Middle East, Africa, and Europe regions, focusing on driving retention and adoption.

Bhagwat Prasad's education history is as follows:

In 1987, Bhagwat Prasad completed Senior Secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Hindi.

In 2000, Bhagwat Prasad enrolled in St. Xavier's College and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. However, they dropped out of the program in 2001 to pursue a Bachelor in Engineering at Visvesvaraya Technological University. Bhagwat completed their engineering degree in 2005 in the field of Mechanical Engineering.

After working for several years, Bhagwat Prasad decided to further their education and enrolled in the SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2010. Bhagwat completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in 2011.

In 2020, Bhagwat Prasad attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and completed an Executive Program in Digital Marketing for Business Growth, specializing in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Bhagwat Prasad has obtained various certifications. In 2015, they achieved the Business Excellence Leadership Program | Gold Rated Assessor certification from Tata Business Excellence Group (TBExG). In 2017, they received a certification in Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in 2020, they completed the course "Data Science and Big Data Analytics: Making Data-Driven Decisions" offered by MIT xPRO.

Bhagwat Prasad has also obtained several certifications from Sprinklr, including Sprinklr Marketing Research Analyst Pro, Sprinklr Marketing Manager Pro, Sprinklr Content Creator Pro, Sprinklr Media Planner Pro, Sprinklr Media Practitioner Pro, Sprinklr Ads Analyst Pro, Sprinklr Brand Manager Pro, Sprinklr Campaign Manager Pro, Sprinklr Community Manager Pro, Sprinklr Engagement Analyst Pro, Sprinklr Location Analyst Pro, Sprinklr Product Analyst Pro, Sprinklr Modern Care Agent Pro, and Sprinklr Modern Care Supervisor Pro. These certifications were earned between 2021 and 2022.
