Priya Baptista

Priya Baptista started their work experience in 2006 as a Customer Services Officer at Jet Airways. Priya then worked as an Airport Operations Officer at Cathay Pacific Airways from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as an Airport Operations & Soft Skills Trainer at Kingfisher Airlines. In 2013, they joined YES BANK as a Training Manager. Priya later moved to VFS Global and held various roles in Learning and Organisation Development, including Deputy Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager from 2014 to 2020. Currently, they are working at CleverTap as the Lead for L&D and Organisation Effectiveness.

Priya Baptista completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between the years 2022 and 2024. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Diploma in Travel and Tourism from IATA Training in 2006. Priya also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from R. D. National College, which they completed in 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Priya Baptista has also obtained several certifications. These include the Learning and Organisation Development Certification Programme from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in August 2019, Coaching Skills - CFT (Compassion Focussed Therapy) from Leadership that Works in July 2019, Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from Anahat Organisation Development Consultancy Pvt Ltd in April 2018, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner Certification from Changeworx India in December 2017, Basic Laboratory on Human Process (BLHP) from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science in December 2014, and they became a member of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science in December 2014.
