Yael Ullmann has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Yael currently holds the position of Director of Clinical Operations at Clexio Biosciences, a role they started in August 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at NeuroDerm, a Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Group Company, including Director of Global Clinical Operations from November 2022 to July 2023, Associate Director of Global Clinical Operations from January 2018 to October 2022, Sr. Global Clinical Operations Manager from January 2017 to January 2018, and Global Clinical Operations Manager from June 2015 to January 2017. Yael also worked as a Translator for medical documents as a self-employed professional from November 2014 to May 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Global Clinical Project Manager from July 2012 to December 2013, and at Pfizer as a Clinical Project Manager from March 2008 to March 2011 and as a Clinical Research Associate from July 1995 to March 2008. Yael also served as a Chief Pharmacist at Lapidot Pharmaceuticals Ltd. from December 1993 to December 1994. Yael Ullmann started their career as a Pharmacist at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital from January 1990 to September 1993 and also served as a Pharmacist in the Israeli Defence Force from November 1986 to May 1989.

Yael Ullmann received a BPharm degree in Pharmacy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completing their education between 1982 and 1986.
