Dhiren Mirchandani

Dhiren Mirchandani has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Cliantha Research Limited since January 2016, after progressing through roles of Senior Manager and HR Manager. Prior to this, Dhiren held the position of Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at Cadila Pharmaceuticals from July 2012 to July 2015 and worked as Recruitment Head for AGC INFOTECH between May 2010 and June 2012. Dhiren began as a consultant while freelancing from December 2009 to September 2011 and also worked at Mphasis as a Customer Service Associate in 2005-2006. Dhiren holds a Master's degree in Human Resource from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounts from Gujarat University.
