Alejandro Bonmatí has extensive work experience in product design and user experience. Alejandro currently serves as the Lead Product Designer at Clicars, where they drive the design vision for the company's products and oversees a design team. Alejandro collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize design work and ensures alignment with the overall product strategy. Alejandro also mentors and supports the growth of designers on their team. Prior to this role, they worked as a Product Designer at Clicars.

Before joining Clicars, Alejandro worked as a UX Designer and Researcher at Indra from 2019 to 2021. Alejandro also held the position of UX Designer at Minsait from 2018 to 2019.

Earlier in their career, Alejandro worked as a Research Scientist at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2001 to 2018. Alejandro also served as a Middle School Teacher at #Siena from 2014 to 2016 and as a Web Designer and Content Creator at Fundación Atapuerca from 2008 to 2011.

Alejandro Bonmatí has a diverse education history spanning various fields. In 2021, they attended The Hero Camp, where they pursued a degree in Digital Product Design. Prior to that, in 2020, Alejandro completed a Data Driven Design program at KSchool.

In 2018, they attended NEOLAND, where they participated in a UX/UI Design Bootcamp. Moving further back in time, from 2000 to 2002, Alejandro pursued an Interuniversity Doctoral Program in Paleontology at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, focusing on the field of Paleontology. During the same period, they also completed a Postgraduate Teacher Certification Program, specializing in Secondary School education.

Alejandro's undergraduate studies took place at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geology from 1995 to 2000. Their degree focused on Natural Sciences and Paleontology.

In addition to their formal education, Alejandro has acquired various certifications. In 2021, they obtained certification in Agile from ThePowerMBA. In the same year, they completed a workshop on building a Design System using Figma at NEOLAND. In 2020, Alejandro completed a course on Icon Design at Domestika, and in 2019, they obtained certification in Axure RP 9, specializing in UX design for e-commerce applications, also from Domestika. Finally, in 2014, they completed a course on Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies at the Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute (Mtech), University of Maryland.
