Ignacio González Perales

Ignacio González Perales has extensive work experience in project management, operational excellence, and lean manufacturing. Ignacio currently serves as the Head of Project Management Office and Lean Six Sigma CI at Clicars, where they are responsible for car refurbishment and the design of operations control cost systems. Prior to this, they worked at Fresenius Medical Care as a Senior Program Manager and Internal Audit (PMO) from 2020 to 2021. Ignacio also worked as the Operations Director at Grupo VP from 2019 to 2020. Ignacio has held various managerial positions at Aciturri, Altran, and SISTEPLANT, where they specialized in lean continuous improvement, advanced manufacturing architecture, and senior project management. Ignacio began their career as a Senior Manager in operational excellence at Galgano & Associati Consulting and later served as a Plant Manager at ESQUITINO. Ignacio has gained experience in a range of industries such as aeronautical, space, defense, automotive, pharmaceutical, and energy.

Ignacio González Perales holds a degree in Ingeniero Superior Industrial - Industrial Engineer from Universidad de Valladolid. Ignacio'sspecialization during their studies was in Mechanics with an intensification in Machines. Ignacio obtained certifications in Black Belt Six Sigma from Galgano & Associati Consulting in May 2006 and in Lean Bronze from SME UH (Society of Manufacturing Engineers) in March 2010.
