Danielle Balow

Danielle Balow is a Director of Digital Transformation and Partnerships with extensive experience in leadership, management, and project management. Previously, Danielle served as a Project Manager at U.S. Bank, where they led a project team to develop a web application for generating home equity leads, and as a Senior Project Manager at Click Boarding. Danielle has also held roles at Grainger as a Market Manager, focused on revenue growth through strong customer service, and at Illume as a Senior Production Manager overseeing manufacturing team efficiencies. Currently, Danielle teaches yoga at Dakotah Sport & Fitness Center while holding dual degrees in Human Resources Development and Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota.
