David Rackham is currently the Vice President of Operations at Click Bond Inc., where they lead a 450-member team focused on Environmental, Health, and Safety, Manufacturing, and other key operational areas. Previously, they served as Vice President of Fabrication for Boeing Defense, Space, and Security from 2022 to 2024, overseeing composite and metallic fabrication as well as flight control assembly for the 777X program. Earlier, they held the position of Sr. Director in the Missile and Weapons Systems Division at Boeing, directing all manufacturing and assembly operations. David is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master of Business Administration at Brigham Young University.
