Michele Varela

Michele Varela has extensive experience in quality assurance and operations. Michele is currently the Vice President of Quality Assurance at Click Bond, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Operations from July 2020 to May 2023 at Click Bond. Before joining Click Bond, Michele was the Quality Manager at Arconic from November 2016 to July 2019. Michele also held the role of Quality Manager at Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings (now part of Arconic) from September 2011 to November 2016. Earlier in their career, Michele worked as the Quality Director at SPS Technologies - Santa Ana from 2009 to September 2011. Michele gained valuable experience as the Vice President of Operations & Quality Assurance at Thermal Dynamics from March 1996 to December 2008, where they implemented and maintained quality and environmental systems. Michele began their career as a Quality Manager at Cummins Engine Company, Diesel Recon Division, where they worked from April 1985 to March 1996.

Michele Varela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations & Systems Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they studied from 1981 to 1984. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Quality Assurance at California State University-Dominguez Hills from 1992 to 1994.
