Kärt K. has a diverse work experience with a focus on sales, marketing, and project management. Starting in 2006, Kärt worked as a Marketing Assistant at AS Kalev Chocolate Factory before moving on to AS Coca-Cola HBC Baltics as a Baltic Marketing Executive. From 2009 to 2010, Kärt served as a Marketing Project Manager at Elion Ettevõtted AS. In 2011, Kärt joined AS EMT as a Marketing Communications Manager, a role held until 2014. Following this, Kärt became the B2C Segment Manager at Telia Eesti from 2014 to 2020. Kärt then worked as the Head of Sales and Marketing Estonia at Tallink Grupp from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Kärt holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Click & Grow since September 2022.
Kärt K. has a BA in Economics from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, earned between the years 2003 and 2007. Kärt later obtained an MA in Management and Marketing from the same institution between 2009 and 2012. In addition, Kärt K. also pursued an MSc in Innovation Management from Aarhus University, which they completed from 2010 to 2011. Prior to their university studies, they attended Gustav Adolfi Gümnaasium from 1991 to 2003.
