The leadership team at Click & Grow has a strong history in business and materials science. The team includes a purchasing manager from Ericsson, a business consultant from Enterprise Estonia, and the CEO and project manager from MATECC- Estonian Materials Competence Centre. The team also has a project lead and researcher from the University of Tartu, as well as a co-owner from Ö Stuudio. Finally, the team has a research project lead from the Estonian Nanotechnology Competence Center. All members of the team have received education from prestigious universities, such as Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Tartu.
