Mateja Olujić is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in diverse roles across various companies. Currently serving as a People Partner at TravelPerk since October 2021, Mateja focuses on enhancing the employee lifecycle through collaboration with Product & Engineering teams on performance, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Partner at TravelPerk and a Senior Recruiter at LIFULL Connect, Mateja has demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent strategies. Mateja's background also includes positions as an HR Manager at TrekkSoft, Placement Manager at Absolute Internship, Recruitment Consultant at SmartFlex Croatia, and Program Coordinator at Child and Youth Finance International. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Zagreb and an Erasmus exchange program at the University of Warsaw, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and undergraduate studies in Foreign Languages.
