Estefania Leps-Fajardo

Estefania Leps-Fajardo is an experienced professional in retailer partnerships, currently serving as the Head of Retailer Partnerships at Click2Buy since April 2020, after previously holding the role of Retail Account Manager. Estefania is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with retail partners both in France and internationally, as well as integrating qualitative stock information. Additionally, Estefania is a Member of Partnershift, France's premier community dedicated to partnership professions. Previous experience includes positions such as Responsable de Salle at LE 28 and Junior Account Manager at Tribus Marketing y Publicidad. Estefania began a career as a Mystery Shopper at Auditor Service, focusing on evaluating customer experience. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Business from IÉSEG School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from UAM Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, alongside additional studies in entrepreneurship and product development engineering.
