Frank Billingsley's work experience includes serving as the Chief Meteorologist at KPRC-TV starting in February 1995. Prior to that, they worked at KTRK-TV in Houston from 1989 to 1995. frank also worked as a weather ecology specialist at Ecology Communications Group, Inc. from 2013 to 2014. Before that, they worked at WLOX in Biloxi from 1986 to 1988.
Frank Billingsley started their education journey at Washington and Lee University from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Broadcast Journalism. frank then pursued further specialization in Broadcast Meteorology at Mississippi State University, earning a Certification in this field from 1987 to 1989.
