At Clickatell, Hannes has held various managerial roles such as Manager for Enterprise Support & ITSM, Customer Engagement Manager for Enterprise, Service Delivery Manager, and Senior Technical Account Manager for Mobile Transaction Services. Hannes also served as a Supervisor at the Service Centre and worked as a Consultant for advanced-level support and client service & support. Throughout their career, Hannes has had a deep understanding of ITSM and ITIL frameworks to support business objectives.
