Manohar Chapalamadugu has held multiple positions throughout their work experience. In 2003, they founded MantraGroup Inc., a leading provider of mobile im, voip, and tts solutions. Manohar served as the Founder and CEO until 2006.

In 2006, Manohar founded Invox and held the position of Founder until 2011.

In 2011, Manohar took on the role of Founder at ClickDesk, where they successfully grew the business from zero to over 65,000 businesses in just 18 months. ClickDesk currently generates over a million dollars in revenue with a team of 25 engineers.

Since 2013, Manohar has been serving as the CEO of Agile CRM, a company that combines web analytics, email management, social suite, and more, to disrupt the CRM space. Agile CRM focuses on providing small businesses with a comprehensive solution for salesforce automation and marketing automation.

Manohar Chapalamadugu pursued their education with a focus on computer science and electrical engineering. Manohar obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they enrolled at Stony Brook University and completed their Masters degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2002.
