Alissa B.

Alissa B.'s work experience includes a role as a Volunteer at Courageous Connections Therapeutic Horsemanship starting in 2023. Alissa also worked at Clicked as a Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst in a team of 5 Salesforce professionals. Alissa B's education history begins with their high school education at United Academy, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Alissa then pursued a Bachelor in Arts and Social Work (BASW) at St. Xavier's College, Maitighar, from 2012 to 2015.

Following their undergraduate studies, Alissa attended Padma Kanya Campus in Nepal, where they pursued a Master's degree in Humanity and Arts. Alissa studied there from 2016 to 2019 and focused on Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities.

In 2022, Alissa obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. Alissa further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining the Salesforce Certified Associate certification in April 2023, and the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in May 2023. Alissa is currently pursuing ongoing learning in CPQ and CRM Analytics through Trailhead by Salesforce.
