Callie McGraw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Callie started their career in 2011 as a Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University. From 2013 to 2020, they worked in various roles at the City of Avondale, AZ, including Interim Human Resources Director, Senior Human Resources Analyst, and Policy and Procedure Analyst. In 2022, they joined Ursa HR Consulting as a Human Resources Consultant. In 2023, they will join The Hartford as a Salesforce Configuration Specialist, where they will contribute to Scrum team collaboration, Salesforce administration, and end-user support. Additionally, they will handle release readiness and customization activities. Callie also has experience as a Part-Time Faculty member at Northern Arizona University.
Callie McGraw holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Arizona State University. Callie also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Finance from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Callie has obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and a Salesforce Certified Associate from Salesforce in November 2022 and September 2022 respectively.
