From 2003 to 2007, they attended University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In 2020, they attended Shaw Academy twice, earning an EQF5 in Leadership and Management and an EQF5 in Web Development. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Business Administration Specialist from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges in April 2022, a Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges in April 2022, a Security Specialist from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges in April 2022, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in January 2022, and a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
