David Freeman Jr, CSM has had a long and varied career in the technology field. David began their career in 2014 as a Network Engineer for Metro Video Systems Inc. In 2013, they were a System Network Administrator for Motion Theory. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Network Engineer/ System Administrator for HostPapa. David then moved to Bay Digital in 2017 as a Service Engineer. In 2018, they worked as a System Engineer for Apple. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Sr. Systems Engineer for Sentinel® Offender Services. In 2020, they were an I.T. Consultant/ Service Engineer for Abracadata. Currently, they are working for Merivis as a Salesforce Administrator/ Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator/ Scrum Master, and Salesforce Administrator Cohort. Additionally, they are a Salesforce Business Analyst for Clicked.

David Freeman Jr, CSM has an extensive education history. In 1993, they attended San Diego SCPA, but did not receive a degree. From 2000 to 2002, they attended Grossmont College, earning an Associate's Degree in Computer Science. From 2003 to 2007, they attended University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In 2020, they attended Shaw Academy twice, earning an EQF5 in Leadership and Management and an EQF5 in Web Development. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Business Administration Specialist from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges in April 2022, a Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges in April 2022, a Security Specialist from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges in April 2022, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in January 2022, and a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
