Phan Trieu has a diverse work experience with a focus on Salesforce administration and business analysis. They have experience in project lifecycle management, requirement gathering, and developing custom solutions for clients. They have also participated in a career development program to enhance their Salesforce knowledge and skills. In addition to their Salesforce experience, Phan Trieu has previous roles in the medical field, including working as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist and a Medical Billing Specialist. They have also provided administrative support in a healthcare setting.

Phan Trieu, PSM has a diverse education history with a focus on certifications and practical skills. In 2023, Phan Trieu joined the Salesforce Talent Alliance Career Cohorts to receive training and certification as a Salesforce Certified Associate and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Prior to this, in 2021, Phan Trieu pursued self-paced learning through Trailhead by Salesforce.

In terms of formal education, Phan Trieu attended the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in 2019, where they completed the Accredited Sleep Technologist Education Program in Sleep Medicine. Previously, Phan Trieu pursued a College Credit program at the University of Massachusetts Lowell starting from 2007, with a focus on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse and Psychology.

In 2022, Phan Trieu achieved the Security Specialist Superbadge certification from Trailhead by Salesforce, and in 2021, they obtained the Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification from the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists. Furthermore, in 2021, Phan Trieu acquired the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
