Priyanka H.P began their career in 2012 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Toyota Motors, where they worked in the Quality Control Division handling Drive Train & Electrical parts. In 2013, they moved to Timken Engineering and Research India Private Limited as a Production Support Analyst, where they were involved in day-to-day L3 Production Support and wrote SQL statements providing back-end solutions to production issues, monitoring, and reporting. In 2019, they joined Intelogik Solutions (Official Account) as a Salesforce Administrator, where they gained experience in requirement gathering, scoping phase, Gap Analysis, Fish Bone Analysis, translating business requirements into High Level Design Documents, creating various Reports and Report Folders, and implementing security and sharing rules. In 2020, they joined eStaff Agency Toronto as a Salesforce Administrator, where they gained experience as a Salesforce admin, Salesforce QA and as a Salesforce BA. Priyanka also worked with clients to understand their existing Business Processes and providing Salesforce solutions, with an impetus on using the low-code/no-code approach to reduce technical code debt. In 2022, they joined Clicked as a Salesforce Business Analyst, where they conducted Stakeholder Interviews as a Business Analyst, developed a well structured interview protocol for customer discovery, crafted meaningful follow-ups, created Persona and User stories, developed a Business Process Map and created a Proof of Concept of the Salesforce org.

Priyanka H.P holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Priyanka also has a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce, obtained in July 2022.
