Shawn Smothers

Shawn Smothers has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2019, they worked as a Safety Director at Celadon Group Inc. before transitioning to a role as a Restaurant Manager at Bacci Pizzeria in 2020. Shawn then joined The Apricity Group in 2022 as a Junior Salesforce Consultant/App Builder. In 2023, Shawn became a part of Clicked, where they led a team as a Salesforce Business Analyst for sprint-based business scenarios. Additionally, Shawn has also volunteered at FastWebCreations in 2023.

Shawn Smothers has a diverse education history with a focus on Salesforce development and general computer programming. In 2008, they graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science and Government. From 2017 to 2018, Shawn obtained a Certification in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

To further enhance their skills in technology, Shawn pursued various certifications and courses. In 2020, they completed a certificate program in Full Stack Development from Nucamp Coding Bootcamp and received a certificate in Computer Programming/Programmer, General from coding with Mosh.

Shawn's interest in Salesforce led him to complete a Certification in Salesforce from CRS Info Solutions in 2021. Shawn also obtained a Diploma of Education in Salesforce Development from Select Institute of Technology from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Shawn received a Certification in Salesforce Development from Arizona State University in 2022.

In terms of certifications, Shawn holds several related to Salesforce. Shawn became Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in June 2023, Salesforce Certified Associate in December 2022, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in December 2022. Shawn also received the Salesforce certification from Trailhead by Salesforce in November 2021 and Salesforce CRM Admin + Development certification from CRS Info Solutions in July 2021.
