Alexander Gutiérrez Ruiz

Alexander Gutiérrez Ruiz has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Alexander is currently working as a Sr. Desarollador de Software at Clicklease since January 2022. Previously, they worked at GBSYS as an Analista - Programador from August 2018 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were with Flecha Roja Technologies S.A. as an Analista - Programador from November 2015 to June 2018. Alexander also worked as a QA Tester at Indigo Telecom from January 2015 to October 2015. Alexander began their career as an Analista - Programador at Colegio Universitario de Cartago from January 2014 to May 2014.

Alexander Gutiérrez Ruiz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from the Universidad Estatal a Distancia in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Technical Operator of Computer Equipment program at the Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje in 2010. In the same year, they also completed a conversational English program for the commercial sector at the Institucion Nacional de Aprendizaje. Moreover, Alexander achieved their high school education, a Bachillerato en Educación Media, from the Ministerio de Educación Pública in 2009.

After their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación con Énfasis en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Informáticas at the Universidad Metropolitana Castro Carazo from 2019 to 2020. During this time, they also completed a Conversational Portuguese program at A Casa Brasileira.

To further enhance their skillset, Alexander obtained various certifications. Alexander received the Oracle Certified Professional for Java SE 8 Programmer in June 2016 and the Oracle Certified Professional for Java SE 8 Programmer in September 2017. Additionally, in July 2019, they achieved the Oracle Certified Professional for Java SE 11 Programmer certification. Alexander also holds the Certified Associate in Python Programming certification from the OpenEDG Python Institute, received in November 2019. Furthermore, in June 2021, Alexander obtained the Oracle Certified Professional for Java EE 7 Application Developer certification. Lastly, they obtained the Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in May 2019.

Alexander Gutiérrez Ruiz is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity at Universidad Cenfotec, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2022.
