Animesh Pandey

Animesh Pandey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and business management. Currently serving as the Scaled Customer Success Lead at ClickPost since June 2021, Animesh focuses on automating customer success processes and enhancing customer experience initiatives. Previously, Animesh held various roles at ClickPost, progressing from Customer Success Manager to Senior Customer Success Manager and eventually leading customer success initiatives for all clients. Prior to ClickPost, Animesh co-founded and served as CEO of Born To Play India, a sports management group, creating multiple profit-generating verticals before the company's closure during the COVID-19 pandemic. Animesh began a career in marketing as a Marketing Manager for the North Campus Football League. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Delhi University and a high school diploma from DLF Public School.
